Tel Aviv — The President of India, Narendra Modi has arrived in Israel for a formal state visit, aimed at strengthening diplomatic, economic, and strategic ties between the two nations.
Upon arrival at Ben Gurion Airport, the President was warmly received by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Mrs. Netanyahu. The Indian President described the reception as a deep honour and expressed optimism about the outcomes of the visit.
The state visit is expected to cover key areas of cooperation, including technology and innovation, defence collaboration, agriculture, trade, and cultural exchanges. The President emphasized that the discussions are intended to produce actionable outcomes to further strengthen the India-Israel strategic partnership.
Diplomatic observers note that India and Israel have developed increasingly robust ties in defence technology, cybersecurity, water management, and innovation ecosystems, and this visit is likely to consolidate those gains.
