Abuja, February 3, 2026 — The Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Mr. Olayemi Cardoso, held a strategic meeting on Tuesday with a delegation from the World Bank, led by Anna Bjerde, the Bank’s Managing Director of Operations.
The engagement, which took place at the CBN Head Office in Abuja, focused on development priorities and avenues for strengthening collaboration between the Central Bank and the World Bank.
